Gear Testing Weekend #1

Equipment testing:
This weekend, we'll be taking advantage of the 3-day weekend, and some frequent flyer miles, as the Goda makes his way to the best coast for a test ride / hike / camp. 

• We'll be putting the KLR and the newly mounted panniers to the test with its first loaded ride.
• The GPS and GPS mount will see their first official road time. 
• The New NEMO Losi3 tent will also be put through the paces to rate ease of setup, comfort, room, and dog-friendliness. 
• The new DS Specific helmet, dual sport riding suit, and some other ancillary gear will log their first few hours of trip time as well. 

Since there are two of us and only one dual sport bike, we'll be taking my race bike along.  Thus, this trip will be confined to highways and curvy mountain roads where one of us will be having most of the fun and the other will be simply filming the first...  Hah!

Twitter meet Blog

Planning Phase Begins in Earnest
